Parish may Register Electronically by completing/submitting
the Registration Forms below; or obtain a Parish Registration Form at the
Parish Center.
Complete
family information form, one member form each for head of household,
spouse and for each child, including infants. Let us know what
ministries or activities you are currently active or interested in.
